Need Help: Unable to download DSS

Thanks in advance for the help: can someone either email me or put up the file online so I can d/l it? I can't seem to get it from the DSS website: the download just fails to send any data!

Thanks for your reply! I tried again this morning and was able to get a slow but eventually complete download. Looks like the server had issues last night!
