Cannot remember if I had ever buy from Amazon.
Will be getting some stuff such as books, clothing, camera accessories,etc.

Anyone can advise the following:-
1. Will Amazon accept VISA from Singapore
2. Is there a minimum handling charge for different categories of prroduct or just I charge for all consolidated package
3. Can we consign all different categories of items into 1 deliverable package

Hi,

1. I have bought an item from Amazon and I was using Singapore Visa card. So Amazon.com is allow the Visa from Singapore.

2. I have join "FREE Two-Day Shipping with a free trial of Amazon Prime", this is free shipping and you can have the trial in the first month, after first month if you do not cancel this trial, you will be charged. Please read detail in Amazon.com. However, not every items have the ""FREE Two-Day Shipping with a free trial of Amazon Prime" choice. For these free shipping items, you can see this sentence "This item ships for FREE with Super Saver Shipping" just below the item name. The shipping is fast, really take 2 days only. And it is free trial for first month, can have a try.

3. I think when you decide to buy certain items, you need to add it into your chart. Then it will show the total prices of your items. The payment is in one time so I think all the things will be sent together to your house.

1. Yes, better to use paypal, then you do not have to worry about countries not accepting anything.
2. I think there is, but depending on what you are buying.
3. Might not be able to, especially, if Amazon consigns the goods. Again, depending on what you are buying.

You might want to consider comgateway as a courier between US and SG. Its the cheapest as compared to other competitors.

I think Singpost (V post) offers cheaper shipping option including Amazon. Pl check detail at Vpost.

Please do not be mistaken, vpost is the most expensive. I have made a spreadsheet with the cost breakdown of all three couriers and vpost is the most expensive.

I have used vpost for Amazon orders before; their prices are ok if you use their various credit card promotion codes you can obtain from their website.

The thing is that comgateway gives 15% off first shipment for UOB and 10% off for DBS and for both of them 5% off subsequent shipping. Which makes the cheapest even cheaper.
