Hah. It is actually an easier target that expected. The time was 5AM to 6AM and thankfully that targets already rose to a good height. It would be much better if I chose to shoot from a darker site, or if the skies not affected by thin high clouds or by the foggy airs in the early morning.celeron787 wrote: ↑Fri Oct 02, 2020 6:52 amOo this is really good. You can see the small planetary nebula in M46. At wat time did you image this?

Many wet overcast nights in a row! Through the think high clouds, finally could get a gimpse of some celestial event like the Moon and Venus conjunction.

Crescent moon.

The Tau Canis Majoris cluster. Brilliant stars.

Another celestial double. A beautiful visual of contrasting clusters. The lower left open cluster NCG2477 looks like a highly resolved globular but without a core. Deemed one of the top open clusters. It resembles M46 but without a foreground planetary nebula.

Clear skies, finally.
And finally some details of M45's nebulosity.
