Anyone saw ISS this evening (6/9)?

Post by chrisyeo »

Hi,

Did anyone catch the 7:43pm pass of the ISS this evening? It was good pass in clear sky despite the haze at 30deg and -1.1mag.

The best part was, I didn't plan it at all! I was just walking and happened to look up. Saw the bright dot moving across the sky and immediately knew it must be the ISS. Followed it until it set behind clouds in the horizon.

Btw, for those who don't know, you can be alerted about good ISS passes in your email through Calsky.com.

When will the haze end :( :? :x,
