RKA representatives (and its affiliate), ESC representatives (and its affiliate), NASA representatives (and its affiliate), NASDA representatives (and its affiliate), ISRO representatives (and its affiliate) and CNES representatives (and its affiliate) [current list].
Mind telling us what is RKA, ESC, NASDA, ISRO, CNES? I only know NASA on the list. And are you sure NASA representatives are turning up? Sorry for being skeptical, but NASA representatives turning up...???

they did every year. i tink they have no reason not to this year, especially since they are successful in their mars exploration. and a portion of our researcher are sponsored by them. i tink you have the wrong image in mind. they don't come in buses, just a few of them. :) seti have just confirmed that they will be sending personnels to assist in the event. so, 1 more institute added into the VVIP list, :)

RKA- Russian Space Agency
ESA - European Space Agency (sorry abt typo, should be ESA and ESTEC)
NASDA - National Space Development Agency of Japan
ISRO - Indian Space Research Organisation
CNES - French National Space Center
NASA - National Aeronautics And Space Administration
SETI - Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence

Forgive me for i'm casting some doubt over it. You've just said that ur club (pora) is a small one, so how did u manage to get these kind of VIPs ?

There's no point telling every single details about who's gonna be VIPs and the activities if we don't see more details like the venue/time/dates, most importantly is the schedule.

Now that everyone knows your club is filled with 'drive, determination and insanity to do breakthrough researches' , please spare us of them and get right down to the point. This is to prevent forum members from going round and round in circles without ever getting the answer they want.

Thanks!

Regards,
Sam

No one is going to believe you much. You leave too many doubts for us.

Firstly, your age is too young for someone to be a regional coordinator. Your only 18, more of a student to me. A regional coordinator would probably be someone in his 30s or even older. Definately not a 18 year old kid.

You mention that PORA is a small organisation, but yet have so many VVIP from well known organisations. When asked about a website, you could not provide any, but just gave excuses. Nope, I'm not buying that.

Also, the list of topics you gave in your first post. Those are things way out of an amateur's level. You will need like a degree in astronomy to even understand. Anyone participating in it would be probably in his 50s with maybe close to a PHd to even contribute. Nope, I don't believe a 18 years old is involved.

I do not think this forum should allows such ambiguous invitation to exist. I suggest the mod pull this thing off until he is capable of providing proper information and details.

For those who are thinking of getting involved in this event, I will give the warning here. This is not a Singastro approved event. Attend at your own risk. We will not be responsible for anything.

OK fellas.
Let's summarise :
Madscientist has a meeting he is enthusiastic about but cannot describe fully, with an organisation he is not familiar with and is too small to mention but large enough for all the VIPS in the world to attend. All of you will have to assess and decide for yourselves if you want to attend.

In the meantime, rather than let this freewheel endlessly. We'll stop the dicussion here. Interested parties can PM Madscientist to get more details.

Thanks
