If you want to view planets, then a small Mak would be good. Eg ETX90, C90, even the Skywatcher Mak 90. However, aperture wins, so get something bigger if you can stretch your dollar...I assume the $500 do not include tripod and mount head? else there's almost no options available..

I have a Orion Mak 125. Very portable with case, solar filter, rings, plus some other accessories.

If interested, let me know

IMO:
1 & 2 aperture too tiny
3&4 Generally has acceptable (not excellent) optics. Check scope's collimation first. Aperture still somewhat limited. Won't recommend this unless you really want a goto.
5 no experience with this scope so can't comment
6. Get this if within your budget. Enough aperture, portable, generally excellent optics, no hassle of goto with associated electrical hassle (batteries) or breakdowns... :)
We do it in the dark...
Portaball 12.5"
Takahashi Mewlon 210
William Optics 110ED
...and all night long!
