It looks way cooler than a TV scope, which has an extremely ugly (and optional) micro-focuser. Can't wait to see more innovative products from WO.
dude, I am asking you to give me reasons not to get that red hot scope, AND NOT giving me reasons to land myself in bankcruptcy....ALPiNe wrote:*Tries to psycho Vinsnr*![]()
What!?!?Are you serious you are getting this 'cheap plastic-like' junk? Come on...red is the worst colour you would want for a telescope! Aperture?? Of course! I will strongly encourage you to go for it!

I hope they don't just serve the US market alone.acc wrote:Seems that only about 100 will be made. I made a pre-order, but realised that WO is based in CA so I will have to pay almost US$70 in sales tax alone (GST here is >7%). Not worth it, so cancelled my pre-order. Hopefully a few of these OTAs will go to astro shops outside of CA so I can beat the sales tax
Now now, behave. But black sure looks sexy enough to put together with my pearly-white~ >,<kingkong wrote:yup confirm you don't need that:
why settle for 80mm when there's a 105mm?
why settle for a doublet when there's a triplet?
