Fuji Camera
I'm beginning to like Fuji's HR and SR II CCDs... I think they outperform the Canon Digic III from various reviews.
Was looking at the Canon Powershot G7 but the shutter lag is reported to be terrible, and no RAW mode! *Sigh*

Hi,
Have a nice day.
I was playing with it at a camera shop just now... didn't notice any shutter lag. Image quality was very good... at least from my standard... just no RAW.Was looking at the Canon Powershot G7 but the shutter lag is reported to be terrible, and no RAW mode! *Sigh*
Have a nice day.

mm...comparing the G7 and the S3Pro may not be correct as its like trying to compare a Ferrari's engine with a Cherry QQ. But this version is more for IR whereas for astrophotgraphy I thought its best to have it without any filters and low noise.
