I just looked it up, the time was May 31st, 21:34, so it was Io's shadow. It's nice that you catch one of the moons' shadow for the first time, especially for hand-holding camera method! Try get a webcam to take stacked images, you will be surprised, just as Tachyon mention above!
it is single exposured set at ISO 400. with compact digital camera mount on a fixed tripod point and shoot method.
Yes it was the Jupiter moon's shadow noticed it very close to the jupiter's limb, decided to wait little longer and captured it. .
Will try to underexpose it next time..... and also try too use the web camera..but the only problem is my tracking....I am lousy at it..... :oops: :oops: and also my focusing.... :oops: :oops: .Btw thankyou too all of you guys with the useful comment. .
