Hi Leslie,

Can you please confirm the start/end time, location in campus, direction to TP, etc as what I have pm to you earlier. It would be more organised and presentable if most of the people can be there on time, for example.

Dear Soon Yen

I have checked with Chee Chien and it is possible, if you don't mind, that you can 'pack in' Sam, Chee Chien and me, plus all the equipment. If this is ok, you can pick me up from Funan Centre taxi stand (opp. Aldelphi / Supreme Court). I can be ready anytime after 6.15pm

regards

By the way, as i said "this is an overnight event", for those who like to return home during the night, you can feel free to do so :D

i definitely will stay overnight if the weather is super good.. and if tired, can sleep at the Temasek Poly Sports Complex that stairs.. :)

hi leslie,
mmm...most inconvenient ...so this means those who don't drive will have to leave by 11pm to catch the bus and would not be able to catch the virgo clusters at zenith.....
in anycase, how late will your event be then? I'm attending a wedding dinner on that night and thought of dropping by for an hour or 2 after that with a colleague..

If I were to go after work (after 11pm), I should arrive just in time to see everyone pack up and go home... or gone...

mmm..just another suggestion..since Singapore Poly Astro Club conducts regular overnight sessions on Friday nights , perhaps it would be prudent to relocate the observation session there instead? Then those who need to leave early can still catch the MRT next to SP while those who are staying can...well...stay on...

Any views on this? Then I'll know if I need to talk to Sam Lee (current president of SP astro club) on this...

If not, do proceed to observe at TP and I'll try to drop by if it does not end too early...
