Another Go At Some Old Photos with PixInsight

With less predictable weather, it's off season when ap is concerned, a good time to revisit some old data and to hone new image processing skills. The images below were acquired on last February trip, they were good data, but it seems that I was not getting the best out of them, the bane of hazy atmospheric condition. These are well known bright targets with high dynamic range, but they are affected by gradient issues, hence I was not getting satisfactory results from my earlier processing.
Here comes PixInsight to the rescue, in particular it's 'Dynamic Background Extraction' , has a clever algorithm to sieve out details from the noise. The images below clearly benefited from it:

Wow, superb, can keep and show public during sidewalk what can be capture from the night sky, will tell them skill is needed to take such pictures. Of course will tell them the man behind the pictures.
