Where to get manfrotto gearhead 410JR

Here is the place to talk about all those equipment(Telescope, Mounts, Eyepieces, etc...) you have. Not sure which scope/eyepiece is best for you? Trash it out here!

Without Goto, slo-mo is the next best. Mounted 25x100 bino on MF410jr and zero-ing is so simple, however end up with "blisters" on my fingers after prolong usage.

Hommel used a trick last time and that was to put rubber 'feet' (meant for round chair legs) over the knobs. They make turning easier and more comfortable.

AstroSlew's good, but balance is critical, and while I do like it, I'm missing slow motion control .. :(

Hi Anat
I remember you its not as simple as loosening a screw. I think you mentioned previously you had to cut part of the spring off? If that's the case, then I will not try. Otherwise may explore your solution. Is the label easy to replace when removed. I do want my mount to look good as new!

I put Teflon grease and it's stickiness helped, it worked like a charm. and yes, must balance your scope. . :)

Rich

Just loosen the screw under the sticker. It is a value-added modification that increases the resale price :)
